“How would you describe my coaching to a friend who’s never heard of me?”
That’s what I asked my clients in a recent survey. Here’s some of what they said:

I signed up with Curtis 10 months ago after years of being overweight, unhealthy and depressed.  I had low self-esteem and low expectations of the possibility of changing things around.  But with Curtis 'by my side' as my coach, supporting and encouraging me, advising and inspiring me, I have succeeded beyond my wildest dreams.  Not only have I lost 9 kgs and many cms, I feel healthier and happier than I have in a long long time. Curtis is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). Forget the hype. I pride myself on being real. My programs are hard work but the rewards are worth it. What I value most is helping people to reach their potential.

This is my son Lenny. We’ve got a great relationship. He reckons I’m pretty awesome. He even laughs at my jokes. I asked Lenny what I should do with my life now that I’m all growed up and he told me that all I needed to do was help people….so here I am.
